Panhandle Productions LLC wants every agent, property manager, owner, and buyer to be able to use this website and the media we deliver, whatever device or assistive technology they rely on. This statement explains the standard we work to, what we have done, what we know still falls short, and how to reach us when something gets in your way.
The standard we work to
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, which includes everything in the WCAG 2.1 Level AA standard referenced by current U.S. federal accessibility rules. The site is built in Framer and is reviewed against these criteria with automated testing and manual keyboard checks.
What we have done
Every link, button, and form field shows a visible focus indicator for keyboard users. Animation and autoplaying motion are reduced or removed when your device asks for reduced motion. Portfolio and hero images carry descriptive alternative text, each page has a single descriptive heading structure, and page content is rendered as static HTML so it is readable before scripts load.
Where we know we fall short
Some small labels, including the orange section eyebrows and 12 px teal tags, do not yet reach the 4.5:1 contrast ratio; a corrected color set is being rolled out. Third-party content embedded in the site, including Matterport 3D tours, Aryeo galleries and booking pages, YouTube videos, and the chat widget, is built by those providers and may not meet the same standard. Listing videos are produced without narration, so they carry music rather than speech and have no captions.
Media we deliver to clients
Photos, floor plans, and tours delivered through Aryeo are produced for MLS and marketing use. If you or a client need an alternative format, such as image descriptions, a text summary of a floor plan, or a downloadable file in place of an embedded tour, ask us and we will work out a format that suits.
Browsers and assistive technology
The site is designed to work with current versions of Safari, Chrome, Firefox, and Edge on desktop and mobile, and with screen readers such as VoiceOver, NVDA, and TalkBack. If something behaves differently for you, tell us which browser and assistive technology you use so we can reproduce it.
