How long does filming take?
A standard walkthrough takes 2-3 hours on site, a social reel takes about 90 minutes, and a luxury video takes 3-4 hours across day and dusk.
How fast will I get my video?
Videos usually arrive the next delivery day, but allow 2–3 delivery days for some videos, including luxury and custom work. We deliver Monday–Saturday; Sunday is not a delivery day.
Do you film for businesses, not just listings?
Yes. We film commercial property, brand videos, client testimonials, video business cards, and events. For anything bigger or non-standard, send us the details through a custom project quote.
Is music included?
Walkthroughs, luxury videos, and social reels include a music license.
What if the weather turns on video day?
We watch radar the morning of every shoot and reach out to reschedule if rain is on the way. Our Blue Skies guarantee covers weather reshoots of non-video services, such as photos and drone photos. Video isn’t covered.
