How do I book?

How far out do I need to book?

Most shoots are booked 2–5 days in advance. We also keep next-day slots open for active listings. Same-day shoots are possible during slow weeks.

Do you shoot on weekends?

Saturday shoots are available with a small after-hours surcharge. Sundays are reserved for emergency reshoots and weather make-ups.

Do I have to be on site?

No. We coordinate access through the homeowner, lockbox, or property manager. Most shoots happen without an agent present.

What if I need to reschedule?

Free reschedules up to 24 hours before the slot. Inside 24 hours we ask for a small change fee unless it is weather or a homeowner emergency — those are always free.

How is pricing structured?

Real estate packages are Cinematic, Luxury Pro, Matterport, and Zillow Showcase. Vacation rental packages are Essentials, Plus, Pro, and Luxe. Every package prices off listing sqft, and add-ons stack on at booking. The full matrix is on the pricing page.

Are there travel fees?

No travel fees inside our service area, which runs Cape San Blas through Destin. Outside the corridor we quote a flat trip fee at booking.

A 50% deposit holds the slot. Balance is charged at delivery. Major cards and ACH are accepted via Aryeo.

Yes. Brokerages and rental managers shooting more than 6 properties a month qualify. Reach out for a custom quote.

What should I do to prepare?

We send a pre-shoot prep checklist for the homeowner the day before. The short version: clear counters, lift blinds, turn on every light, hide trash cans.

What if the weather is bad?

We watch radar the morning of every shoot. If rain is on the way, we reach out to reschedule. Weather reschedules are always free.

How long does a shoot take?

Typical 3,000 sqft listing is about two hours on site. Larger and more complex properties run 3–5 hours.

Do you bring lighting?

We shoot natural-light HDR by default. Supplemental flash and continuous light come out for difficult interiors and twilight transitions.

What about pets and people in the home?

Pets are fine if they can be contained to one room during the shoot. Visible people show up in 3D scans, so we ask the home be empty of unannounced occupants.

Is the home expected to be empty?

For real estate, an empty or staged home looks best. We can shoot occupied homes; we just ask that personal items be pre-staged before we arrive.

How fast is delivery?

Photo galleries deliver the next business day. Video, 3D tours, and floor plans follow within 48 hours of capture. Twilight and editorial work can take an extra day. Delivery windows are priced into each product, so there is no rush surcharge.

How many photos do I get?

Frame count depends on the package and the property's sqft, see what's included on the pricing page for each one. We deliver the strongest frames from the shoot, not every shutter press.

Where do I download my files?

Every shoot lives in an Aryeo gallery. You get a branded link, an unbranded MLS-compliant link, an embed code, and direct downloads.

Will you reshoot if I am not happy?

If a frame is technically wrong — missed angle, blown highlight, soft focus — we reshoot it at no charge. Subjective preferences we retouch or schedule a partial reshoot at a discounted rate.

Who owns the photos?

You own a single-listing license to use the photos as long as that listing is active. We retain the underlying copyright and use rights for our portfolio.

Can I edit the photos myself?

Editing the deliverables is fine for color and crop. Significant alterations require a re-license.

Yes. Every drone pilot on our team is FAA Part 107 certified, with active LAANC authorizations on file for the entire NW Florida corridor.

Can you fly in restricted airspace?

Yes. We file LAANC authorizations in advance for restricted zones near military and airport airspace. Plan an extra 24 hours for those parcels.

What if it is too windy to fly?

If sustained winds exceed our safe-fly threshold (around 22 knots), we reschedule the aerial portion at no charge.
