Can I get a floor plan without a photo shoot?
Yes, but the standalone trip fee makes it more expensive. Most agents add it to the photo shoot.
How accurate are the measurements?
LiDAR scans typically measure within about 3%. Precision varies with the property, scan conditions, and capture technique. Measurements are rounded to the nearest inch and should be independently verified when exact dimensions are required.
What is the difference between the 2D and 3D plan?
The 2D plan is a clean top-down schematic with per-room and total square footage, the MLS standard. The 3D plan adds a furnished, rendered three-dimensional view so buyers can picture the scale and flow of each room before they visit.
