What an OM-ready commercial photo set actually contains

Offering memoranda do not need pretty pictures. They need answer-pictures. A photo set either answers what the site looks like from the road, how it sits relative to neighboring parcels, and the condition of the tenant spaces, or it sends the underwriter back to Google Earth. The set we deliver for a standard commercial OM: four elevations, three context aerials, two hero detail shots, interior frames for each tenant suite, parking and access frames, roofline aerials, and a dusk-lit front facade for the cover. Every frame is delivered at three sizes: full resolution for the OM PDF, a compressed 1080px set for pitch decks, and an 800px set for email teasers. Format consistency across the whole set is the actual bar we hold ourselves to on commercial work.
